History

John Zink.

Company John Zink Company was founded in 1929 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States by engineer and inventor John Zink and originally was known as Mid-Continent Gas Appliance Co. The new company became supplier of burners, patented by the owner. At the turn of the 40s of the last century the lineup of the company was expanded. The flare systems, gas recovery systems, thermal oxidizers, waste gases recovery systems, vapor incinerator units became part of production program. At the same time the company launched a testing area.

Since the beginning of the 50s the company takes on the mission of training engineering personnel engaged in the development of equipment for combustion processes. The new traning center was founded on the basis of the test site, and was named the Tulsa Training Center John Zink Burner School and Research Center. Since that time the company organizes seminars for industry professionals.

In 1989, customer John Zink Company Corporation acquired his supplier Koch Industries, Inc. and offered its new business unit financial and market opportunities, available to corporations. The decision gave John Zink Company a new impetus to the development and enabled it to take a leading position in the industry.


Hamworthy Combustion

Hamworthy company was founded in 1914 on the waterfront Pool, Dorset County, England, where it is present nowadays. Having earned a reputation as an excellent engineering company, Hamworthy has taken specialization strategy in the field of combustion efficiency of different types fuels and building of energy installations for vessel, ensuring the functioning and the livelihoods of the crew and passengers.
